Privacy Policy

When you use the contact or support form on this site, you give us your name, email address, and message, plus your company and a subject if you add them. The form emails that information to our inbox and sends you a copy so you know it arrived. The website does not save it in a database.

We use it to reply to you and to follow up about what you asked. The same goes for anything you email us directly.

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Plausible is designed not to use cookies or collect personal information, and it doesn’t follow you across other websites. We also count a few actions, like sending the contact form or following a link to one of our projects, but we never send Plausible anything you type into a form. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

We use a small number of providers to host websites, run our systems, and send email, for example Google Cloud and Firebase, Cloudflare, and SendGrid. Like any web host, they keep standard logs, such as IP addresses and the time of each request, which are used for security and troubleshooting. These providers handle information only to provide their services to us.

When a business hires us, we handle some of its information to do the work: its website content, its domain and DNS settings, its website analytics, and messages sent through its website’s contact form. We use that information only to build, host, maintain, and report on that business’s website, and the business stays the owner of it.

If you contact one of our clients through their website, the client’s own privacy policy covers what they do with your message. We deliver it to them and keep it only as part of our service to them.

If a client adds Sky Forward as a manager of its Google Business Profile, we can see and edit that profile through Google’s Business Profile tools and APIs. With the client’s authorization, we use that access to:

• Keep the profile’s details (hours, categories, services, description, attributes, photos, and website link) matching the client’s website.
• Include the profile’s performance figures, such as calls, direction requests, and website clicks, in the client’s monthly report.
• Show the client’s Google reviews on the client’s own website, if the client wants that.

We make changes to a client’s profile only with the client’s authorization, and we tell the client within 48 hours about any change our tools make to its account, such as adding a manager. Reviews we receive from Google’s Business Profile APIs are stored securely for no more than 30 days, and we don’t alter or aggregate them.

A client can remove our access at any time in its Business Profile settings, or ask us to step away, and we will return full control of the profile within seven business days. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.

We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers described above, with the client it belongs to, or when the law requires it.

We limit access to the people at Sky Forward who need it to do the work, and we use our providers’ security controls to protect what we store.

You can ask us what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us at the address below.

This site and our services are meant for businesses, not children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date at the top of this page.
